(You need to walk through the bedroom with the twins to get to one of the back bedrooms) Some of the homes great features and amenities include the brand new kitchen with black granite counters and breakfast bar, large dining room area, screened in porch and hot tub. As a bonus in the summer season only, there is a basement area with two showers, toilet, vanity and another full size washer and drier. This area is accessed from the exterior of the home. Located in Union Pier, about 2 blocks to the private association beach, Gowdy Shores.
