You will also enjoy the large screened in porch to read a good book or have your morning coffee. This home is only 3/4 mile to Townline Beach (parking available) and even closer to the downtown. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, washer/dryer, central air & heat, gas grill, hot tub, firepit, screened-in porch, and much more. **All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.**Maximum three car parking.
