This unit is mostly PROS with a couple of CONS up front. Let's start with the positives. This 2nd floor unit was perfect for our three families: 5 adults, 4 kids. Three kids shared the upstairs (3rd floor) bedroom where there are plenty of toys for imaginative elementary-age kids. The main living area is spacious and inviting. This applies to kitchen/eating area, dining/game/veg out room and (separate) TV room. The bedrooms are of decent size and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishware and appliances including toaster oven and blender. There's even a separate portable fridge offering a modest selection of wines on the house! Where do you find that! Lots of games and puzzles for kids and families.

The office staff 3/4 mile down the road was responsive and welcoming.

Last, the kids LOVED the pool! It's not huge but plenty large for several families to enjoy, meaning kids to cavort to their hearts content.

Now for the cons: We were unable to find our unit or our parking space for about 45 minutes upon arrival. We pulled into a couple of parking lots looking for our parking space numbers with no success. Turns out the parking spaces were on the street behind the complex, very inconvenient for unloading all our stuff. (We unloaded from someone else's parking space near the unit.) Even the staff person who came over seemed unaware of the exact parking location until she called back to the office. That shows how removed the lot is from the unit. The whole problem could be avoided by creating a site map with the condo and the parking spot(s) identified and emailed out ahead of time.
On the picky side, the landscaping around the entrance needs trimming back; if it rains you walk through wet branches; the deck, which is spacious and adjoins a screened in porch, needs the railings repainted. Not a biggy but it's part of one's first impression since the 2nd floor entrance is off the deck.
All that being said, we would definitely rent here again.
