Beautiful property. Such a perfect set-up for a family or group. Kids in the bunk beds downstairs with their own TV and games and play space. Adults upstairs in the beautifully appointed master suite on the second floor or the guest bedroom on the first floor. The view of the lake from the master suite is heaven. Loved having coffee and meals on the screened-in porch, listening to the sound of the waves. Enjoyed drinks and conversation at night around the gas fire pit at night, also listening to the waves. The Tea House was spectacular! I wish we had brought sleeping bags so the kids could have slept there one night. (It was a little chilly during our September visit and the Tea House is not heated but it is practically on the beach and views are to die for.) We were able to spread out for remote work/school during the week and Wifi was fast and reliable (even in the Tea House!). The beach is perfect - sandy and walkable, all the way to Warren Dunes if you are up for it. We took the paddle boards out one afternoon. They are inflatable so they were light and easy to carry down to the beach. There was a family of deer that visited the yard several times. Close to Luisa's, our favorite breakfast spot. A short drive to Infusco for coffee. A short ride into New Buffalo as well. Just a wonderful, peaceful, beautiful place in a perfect location. I highly recommend it. We will be back for sure.

Our family had a fantastic time during our week at this house! We had plenty of space for our large group between the main house and the tea house. The dining room and kitchen are really open and our entire family could hang out and enjoy the time together. The beach access is right off the yard and the private beach is one of the best we've had in the last 10 years of visiting Lake Michigan. We'll definitely be back to this property.
