Serene morning walks on the beach, family cookouts, bike rides down quiet country roads, antiquing and winery tours, private tennis court, all topped off with sunsets and a beach fire all to yourself. Family and friends will enjoy watching the sunset from the spacious porch as well as the outdoor firepit. Plenty of games and books for the kids along with satellite television. You can also rent the second house on property (The Carriage House) to sleep an additional 10 more.

**No parties or events allowed at this property. Occupancy never to exceed 16 unless Carriage House rented for an additional 10.
