Kick back and have your morning coffee in your screened-in porch or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own full bathroom and king bed. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a jack and jill bathroom. There is also an additional fourth bedroom above the garage with two full beds and a pull out couch as well. This room also has a nice flat screen TV as well. Dining room table can hold 8-10 and there is additional kitchen island seating for four.
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, gas grill, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, wood-burning fireplace, screened-in porch, Sonos sound system, association heated pool, grassy backyard with hammock, outdoor fireplace, and much more.

We have used Bluefish for SW Michigan rentals for about 10 years, and this house ties for the favorite! Atmosphere is important to our family, and we loved everything about the decor in this home...the juxtaposition between modern and vintage and the varied artwork throughout. We all agreed it could be in a Nancy Meyers film! We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen, the extras for those who forgot personal items, the fans in the bedrooms. Beds and couches very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra blankets, too. We loved morning coffee on the front porch and back screened patio (suggestion: highlight this wonderful feature in your listing!). Another favorite feature was the back deck and fireplace, and we spent several nights around it. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and even a beach wagon in the garage. Excellent location. We would highly recommend this home!

Had a wonderful time at this property. It is in a great location -- just two blocks from a very nice pool and 10-12 minute walk to the beach. But there was parking at the beach if you preferred to drive. Lots of places to take long walks along quiet roads.

We just returned from our amazing vacation at Pure Union Pier. This home was a perfect place for our family of 9 to spend time together and enjoy southwestern Michigan. The rooms were spacious, so there was plenty of room for all. We appreciated how they were laid out, so each couple and their children had their own private area. The kitchen was arranged well and had every modern appliance, utensil, dish, or gadget anyone would want. There is a large front porch, screened-in back porch, and deck complete with chairs and tables. The deck also has a gas grill and a fireplace that we enjoyed using. The dining room has a large table with at least 10 chairs, and a hutch with even more serving ware. The 2 bathrooms were large and functioned well.
