Guest Reservation Portal

We created a guest portal to keep everything about your upcoming stay with us in one spot. From selecting the perfect getaway to curating unique local experiences, our Bluefish Guest Services.  Access will allow you to:

  • View local amenities, restaurants and area things to do
  • Receive on-the-fly communication with the property manager 
  • View your billing information, house rules, and all details relating to your trip
  • Experience real-time check-in and check-out
  • Request, add and pay for concierge services 
  • Manage current, past and future trips, anytime, anywhere
  • View accommodation and location information, such as the address of the home, photos, maps
  • Receive driving directions from the airport to the property, parking instructions
  • Share your reservation details with members of your travel group

Guest Starter Supplies

Upon arrival, your property will be stocked with an initial set of guest starter supplies to help you settle into your first evening quickly.  Stocked supplies include: 

  • Surface cleaners
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom
  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • Trash bags
  • Individually wrapped sponge
  • Individually wrapped laundry detergent and dishwasher packets
  • Individually wrapped soap bars

Any supplies beyond the initial guest starter supplies are to be supplied by the guest

Housekeeping

Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each Bluefish property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols recommended by the CDC and WHO to clean between guests. Our cleaning policies and procedures also follow the SafeCommunity guidelines.  Linens and towels are freshly laundered to recommended CDC standards at our state-of-the-art off-site facility.

Maintenance

Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. Each Bluefish property is assigned a Maintenance Technician who does an inspection of the property prior to each guest arrival.  We also have an on call Maintenance Technician 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise during your stay.
