In addition to the five sizable bedrooms, this property is appointed with a sofa sleeper in the main living area and a futon in the upstairs den area. The open floor plan on the main floor living/dining area allows ample space for everyone to be together, plus smaller more cozy spaces for quiet time alone. Two full baths on the main floor, along with a king and queen bedrooms. Upstairs there are two full bedrooms and a queen. The upstairs bathroom is a full bath with a smaller glass shower. Enjoy the lovely screen-porch, plus a fenced in yard with room for small bonfires. Located In Union Pier, close to the shops, restaurants and just two blocks to the public beach access, Townline Beach. The one bedroom Union Pier Cottage on the back of the property can be rented separately.
