Introducing Water's Edge, an impeccably designed three-bedroom, three-bathroom home with 100 feet of private sandy Lake Michigan Beach! This open, airy and fully renovated property sleeps up to 10 comfortably, offers lake views from almost every room. Includes a new hot tub (open year-round!), fire pit, gas grill, fast wifi, two paddleboards, and much more! Now including an electric car charger for your use! A rustic beachfront Tea House (open May 01-Nov 01) sits on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan and sleeps up to an additional two guests. The Tea House includes a full bath, kitchenette and a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Glamping at its best!

**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well.

** Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.

**Maximum 3 car parking.

Please note in off-season tea house is closed so main house sleeps 10 total. From May 01-Nov 01 both homes open and sleep 12 total.

**For those who rent Thanksgiving we offer a free turkey from Falatic's Meat Market.
