Our Cancellation Policy

ARRIVALS BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2022:

Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect for all reservations arriving with check-in dates beginning January 1, 2022.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours from the time of booking will receive a full refund, minus the booking fee.  

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours from the time of booking are not subject to cancellation.  

If a guest cancels after 24 hours from the time of booking, a refund of 80% of the total deposit will be refunded if the reservation dates are rebooked by another party.  If the property is unable to be rebooked to another party, guests will be responsible for the total amount of the booked reservation.  

Please note, reservation modifications are subject to the same terms and conditions as cancellations.

NOTE: We will work with each of our guests to find an appropriate solution for scheduled bookings that fall outside of the 24-hour cancellation window, however no guarantee can be made.

With COVID being so unpredictable, we highly recommend purchasing a cancel for any reason Trip Cancellation Protection policy through Rental Guardian.
