Our Cancellation Policy
ARRIVALS BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023:
Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect for all reservations arriving with check-in dates beginning January 1, 2023.
Guest 1 example of our Standard Cancellation Policy in action:
Carol makes a Bluefish reservation for Sister’s Reunion on February 14, 2023 for the week of June 4-11, 2023. Unexpectedly, Carol finds out that same evening that she needs to cancel the reservation immediately. She calls Bluefish Vacation Rentals the following morning to cancel the reservation. Since she was within the 24 hour window of her booking, she will receive a FULL REFUND minus the Booking Fee.
Guest 2 example of our Standard Cancellation Policy in action:
Joe makes a Bluefish reservation for Cloud 9 on March 15, 2023 for the week of October 1-8, 2023. Unfortunately, he finds out June 10, 2023 that he needs to switch his vacation week with a colleague. Joe will receive NO REFUND if Bluefish Vacation Rentals is unable to rebook Cloud 9 for the week of October 1-8, 2023. If, however, Bluefish Vacation Rentals is able to rebook Cloud 9 for the week of October 1-8, 2023, then Joe will receive a REFUND of 80% of his total deposit.
