Your group will love the association heated pool and clubhouse too. Home also has a brand new private hot tub! Walking distance to Lake Michigan as well as downtown Union Pier. This home has everything you need for the perfect getaway!

The main floor is beautifully renovated with lots of space and light throughout! Spacious family room with plenty of seating and big screen television. For those cooler fall/winter nights, cozy up to your own wood-burning fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with island seating for three. Dining area has seating for six additional. Primary bedroom with king bed and television with en-suite full bathroom.

Have your evening dinner or morning coffee in the beautiful screened in porch. Roast smores under the stars with the outdoor firepit.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom with a queen bed. The second bedroom with a queen and two twin bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos! Hallway full bathroom and office nook ideal when you need to check back in office.

Finished basement has second sitting room with flat screen television. Fourth bedroom with king bed. Full bathroom with step in shower. Laundry facilities on this floor too.
