Walking distance to several restaurants and downtown Union Pier as well as Townline beach. Your group will love the heated association pool and clubhouse just a short walk from house. Also, your own private hot tub (open year-round) in your backyard. Kick back and have your morning coffee in your screened-in porch (seating for nine) or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. Backyard also equipped with a firepit to roast s'mores under the stars. The master bedroom is on the main floor with its own full en suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and a twin the other with full bunk and twin with a jack and jill bathroom. There is also an additional fourth bedroom with three twin beds and a full. Dining room table can hold 8 and there is additional kitchen island seating for three. All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, gas grill, washer/dryer, central AC/heat, wood-burning fireplace, screened-in porch, private hot tub, association heated pool, outdoor firepit and much more.
