The chefs in your group will love the fully stocked kitchen bathed in outdoor light. Enjoy your meals inside the spacious three-season room or cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace in the fall/winter. You can roast s'mores under the stars with your outdoor firepit and cook meals on your gas grill.

Dreamy Lakehouse Retreat

We could not have been more pleased with Very Cherry in Harbert for our Lakehouse rental. We have rented in this area of Michigan for thirty years and we must say this home is on top of our list of best stays. The home was clean and tidy as we stepped in and had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy--there were even games and toys for the kids in a closet and the kids thought they were specifically chosen just for them. The home was more spacious than even the pictures imply, more than enough for us and our grown children and our 3 little grandchildren. Everyone loved the together time but also that each had a retreat for their family at the end of the day or nap time. The screened porch was a lovely haven for early risers and the late evening crew because it is set off of the kitchen and thus, you can play games and not interrupt any one\'s sleeping--games and puzzles early and late. The house is so close to the Lake Michigan shore that we could hear the waves breaking while we were on the screened porch early and late. Beach towels, beach chairs and other beach amenities ready and waiting for us were so appreciated, as we traveled across state and that meant we didn\'t need to pack any of those things in the car. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The beach stairs to the township Cherry Beach was literally a 2 minute walk from the door. The stairs at Cherry Beach are solid, and have several landings with benches as you go up or down so going up and down several times a day isn\'t taxing even for the oldest of us (73). We spent the week relaxing on a beautiful beach, swimming, floating, paddle boarding and building sand castles. Blue Fish Vacation Rentals was superb from start to finish. We have rented other homes with them in year\'s past and they are a top notch organization. Lots of communication and support. Great home, dreamy experience! Thank you for allowing us to make memories in this lovely home. Ready to book for next year!

An Idyllic Lake Michigan Escape

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The house was clean, and you could tell the owners take pride in maintaining it.
? The Home: Spacious and nicely appointed, each bedroom offered comfort and privacy, making it perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed—from coffee maker to cookware—which made meals easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of room to gather together in the living area, and just as much space to spread out when we wanted quiet time.
? The Location: Just a short walk to the stairs to a gorgeous public beach on Lake Michigan. We spent our days soaking up the sun, swimming, and strolling the shoreline at sunset. The peacefulness of the area made it easy to unwind, yet it was close enough to restaurants and shops when we wanted to venture out.
